Welcome to Studio Quincy. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Throughout these Terms, “Studio Quincy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Quincy.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

We may update, modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

Studio Quincy offers fine jewellery, including ready-to-wear, made-to-order and bespoke pieces.

As many of our products are handcrafted using natural & lab-grown materials and gemstones, slight variations may occur between pieces. This includes differences in stone colour, inclusions, metal finish and overall appearance. These variations are considered part of the unique nature of fine jewellery and are not considered faults.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, however colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

All measurements, carat weights and dimensions are approximate unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Studio Quincy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if pricing, product or payment information has been listed incorrectly due to an error.

4. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Many Studio Quincy pieces are made to order.

Production timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on stone availability, production schedules or customisation requirements.

Bespoke, customised, resized, engraved or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Once production has commenced on a bespoke order, deposits are non-refundable.

By approving CAD renders, stone selections or production details, you accept responsibility for the final design approval.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations depending on the stage of production.

If an order is cancelled before production begins, any payment gateway or administrative fees incurred by Studio Quincy may be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Studio Quincy offers both domestic and international shipping.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, Studio Quincy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.

Risk and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable to international orders.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges and repairs.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products with a major fault.

Studio Quincy does not offer refunds for change of mind on made-to-order, bespoke, personalised, resized or engraved items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

8. Warranty & Repairs

Studio Quincy offers a warranty against manufacturing faults on eligible pieces.

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or accidental impact
Loss of stones due to wear or improper care
Improper storage or cleaning
Third-party repairs or alterations

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty assessments unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend regular servicing and care for all fine jewellery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, branding, logos, product designs, copy and graphics, is the property of Studio Quincy and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

Any bespoke concepts, CADs or designs created by Studio Quincy remain the intellectual property of Studio Quincy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

For unlawful purposes
To transmit malicious code or viruses
To infringe on intellectual property rights
To interfere with the operation or security of the website

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services for breaches of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Quincy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
