Refund policy

At Studio Quincy, every piece is made with care and intention. Because of this, our returns policy is designed to reflect the way our jewellery is created.

For ready-to-wear pieces, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit, providing the piece has not been altered or damaged in any way. 

Many of our pieces are made to order or created just for you. This means bespoke, customised and personalised designs are not eligible for return or exchange.

For custom pieces, a deposit secures your design and allows us to begin sourcing and production. If you change your mind, the deposit is non-refundable. If your piece has already been made, it will be considered final and cannot be returned.
