Shipping policy

At Studio Quincy, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Many of our designs are made to order, which means shipping timelines can vary depending on the piece you've selected.

Order Processing

Ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page or discussed with you directly during the design process.

Please note that production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to supplier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all Australian orders.

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted courier partners or Australia Post Express, depending on the value and destination of the parcel.

Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–7 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur during peak periods.


International Shipping

Studio Quincy ships worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country. Studio Quincy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

For security reasons, some international orders may require additional verification prior to dispatch.


Insurance & Responsibility

All Studio Quincy orders are packaged carefully and shipped with tracking.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Studio Quincy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Studio Quincy is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within estimated timeframes, Studio Quincy is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or other circumstances outside our control

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may change.
